25 November 2014 In case if a Company is a member of another Company and an authorised representative attends the meeting on behalf of the Company with a proper board resolution, would the authorised representative be treated as member or proxy?

26 November 2014 The company is member, though artifitial but juridical. The person representing the company with proper authorisation and board resolution gets the right as member and not as proxy.
