26 November 2014 Dear Sir,

A company has unsecured loan Rs 100,000 as on 31st March 2014 from director's wife.
(wife is neither director nor shareholder).

What should be done in the above case. Form DPT 4 has not yet been filed. Can we show repayment before 30 July to avoid filing of such form.

Or should we file such form and repay the whole amount by 31.03.2015

26 November 2014 form DPT 4 is to be file for period of 1.4.13 to 31.3.14. i.e. if you repaid loan during the year or o/s is to be mentioned in DPT - 4. as per my view you have to file DPT - 4 ASAP
