We are starting a new company and we have to do all transactions thru website can we set the same name as company and websites and if we sat different names considered how can we registered in companies act -2015 either company name or website name if we registered in company name can we use that website for company

A company was Incorporated in January 2013 (under the Companies Act, 1956. What should be the due date of First AGM of the Company. The Company had closed its First Financial Year ion 31/03/2014.
Whether the Companies Act 2013 shall prevail over the CA-1956 in relation to holding of first AGM.

In case of conversion of a company into an LLP, what would be the paid up capital of the LLp???

Does the paid up capital of the company would remain same for the LLP? or the LLP may decide to have their different Paid up capital????

One of the directors has resigned and given resignation letter to the company but is not filing DIR 11. Is it necessary on behalf of company that the outgoing director files DIR 11. Company has filed DIR 12 for the resigning director. Please comment.

I want to incorporate a Pvt. Ltd. Co.
but i want to include main object of the Company as 6-7 objects. If yes then their are main objects are advertisements, IT, Consultancy, etc, Can I include such objects as main objects ?

ours is a family owned private limited co.no outsiders are in the company's board of directors. there is no loans from any financial institution including bank.The directors of the company have given loan to the company. The associate concerns like partnership firm, HUF,our family trust, other Private limited co where we are the directors. It is very difficult to pay these relative loans to them. we would like to continue our related parties loan to our (p) ltd. co. The paid up capital is Rs. 5 lakhs The related parties loans is to the tune of 2. crore. How to retain these loans and what are the formalities to follow for retaining such loans. please advice
