Transfer of shares

20 January 2015 A Director of Pvt Co wishes to transfer of shares to other director of the same company.
As per Companies Act, 2013, Form SH - 4 is to be filed within 60 days of execution of transfer.

The form is not available at MCA Site, then what should we do :
Whether to execute the deed in old form 7.

Please suggest.

Please provide me the procedure to get it registered
1. Since the eform is not available to whom should i approach to get form registered, the company is incorporated in Delhi.
2.How much stamp duty would be levied.
