We are starting a new company and we have to do all transactions thru website can we set the same name as company and websites and
if we sat different names considered how can we registered in companies act -2015 either company name or website name
if we registered in company name can we use that website for company

website name may be different from the Company name. If you are bale to get the same domain as that of Company name, well and good, else the website name may be different, as said above.
