If the persons who have started the company have exited from it, then who will be termed as PROMOTER of the company .
I am asking this regarding details to be filled in MGT-7 as "SHAREHOLDERS PATTERN-PROMOTERS"

One of my client's auditor is not signing the balance sheet of FY 2014-15.
Now what is the proceedure.
1)should we take ADT-3 from previous auditor in back date
2) file ADT-1 before AGM.

Then I can sign and audit the ROC return of the Client.

Is there anything wrong or do in need to do something else also

This particular Company is a subsidary of a Foreign Company & therefore follows Calender year(1st jan 2014 to 31st Dec 2014) for closing of its Accounts.While filing its annual return AOC -4 does not accept year commencing before 1st April 2014,where as MGT 7 does.In the older version of eForms,the date beyond 31st March 2014 is not accepted.How can i proceed with filing of annual return in this case as Both versions of forms(Old/New) are rejecting this period & what forms need to be submitted for this year to the ROC ?
