Aoc 4 for company following calendar year 1/1/14 to 31/12/14

11 December 2015 This particular Company is a subsidary of a Foreign Company & therefore follows Calender year(1st jan 2014 to 31st Dec 2014) for closing of its Accounts.While filing its annual return AOC -4 does not accept year commencing before 1st April 2014,where as MGT 7 does.In the older version of eForms,the date beyond 31st March 2014 is not accepted.How can i proceed with filing of annual return in this case as Both versions of forms(Old/New) are rejecting this period & what forms need to be submitted for this year to the ROC ?

12 December 2015 You have to file Form 23AC and 23ACA for this company. It should accept accounts for 01.01.2014-31.12.2014.

Pursuant to Circular 08/2014 dated 04.04.2014, financial statements for period starting before 01.04.2014 shall be filed as per old Act.

FYI: I filed Form 23AC 23ACA for a company whose period was Jan 2014 till 31.03.2015.
