Whether fast track exit scheme is exist or not for winding up of a company under Companies act, 2013?

I want to incorporate a private limited company in Mumbai. Can I attach "INC. 8_Declaration of professional" of a advocate as attachment to Form INC.7, but attaching DSC of a Chartered accountant to Form INC.22 and DIR.12 ?
Please guide me ?

My friend wants to open a purely investment company. The amount of investment will be around 100 crores. It will be invested either by purchasing shares of pvt. ltd. or public ltd. co. or purchasing of land. The amount received from investors will be in foreign currency. My queries are:
1. Whether such company will be termed as NBFC?
2. If not NBFC then what will be the type of company?
3. Whether foreign money can used to buy shares or purchase land in india?

As per the Fast Track Exit scheme, it requires a balance sheet with NIL aaset and liabilities. I do not understand how will their be a NIL balance sheet.. if there will be share capital atleast there should be an Asset too...
if any body have a NIL balance sheet for this scheme.. please attach here for my reference..
And if someone says that there wont even be sharecapital, then how could it be possible unless the company is striked off.

please clear the confusion relating to table A of Schedule V of section 196 and 197 of Companies Act, 2013.
in our companies case:
in Schedule V of table A, if companies profit is inadequate, Company can give 42 lakh Remuneration to its Managing director, double the limit after shareholders approval.

my question is whether this limit applicable only to Managing director only or other Whole time director and Managing Director??

If NED is absent form consecutively Two\ four Board Meeting during the year, then also he liable to vacant the office??

In how much time company has to receive subscription money from the the subscribers as per Companies Act, 2013? I believe there is no time period for it, however company has to issue share certificates within 2 months from the date of incorporation.
