05 January 2016 Is it possible that in a private company no director is receiving any remuneration or fees etc. Do the company is obliged to pay remuneration?

05 January 2016 Company is not oblige to pay remuneration.
But you are advised to show atleast Re. 1 as remuneration of each director.

no such formality is there as it is the decision of the BOD whether to pay remuneration or not.
