Can someone please let me know, what document / resolution is required to be attached in Form DIR-12 for ‘Vacation of Office u/s 167’?

05 January 2016 Kindly share the exact ground applicable to your case under section 167. In any case board resolution for taking note of vacation is must to attach with the form DIR.12.
