05 January 2016 I want to incorporate a private limited company in Mumbai. Can I attach "INC. 8_Declaration of professional" of a advocate as attachment to Form INC.7, but attaching DSC of a Chartered accountant to Form INC.22 and DIR.12 ?
Please guide me ?
