In a private limited company there is two director. Unfortunately one of the the director had died. Now Company wants to fill causal vacancy due to deatch of director. Please suggest process as per companies act, 2013.

I had a query related with LLP,

now a LLP wants to issue shares to existing member. Can i know what is the limit of members? Is it 200 like private limited companies? or 49 as mentioned in Companies Act 1956.

while drafting AOA, of a private company, as per the companies amendment act, 2013, how should I give clause on private company definition. point to be noted is MCA has amended the definition where no need of minimum paid up share capital. in such a case can I prescribe myself on articles about min paid up capital. Dear experts. your suggestions are valuable

AGM adjourned for want of audited accounts. With in how many days adjourned AGM to be convened. What is the permitted maximum gap between AGM and adjourned AGM as per Companies Act,2013.
