Can anyone please let me know the latest procedure (with forms) to become a director who is non-resident?

Mr. Learner,
First you have to apply for DIN of foreign Director.
For DIN file e-fomr DIR-3 alongwith Passport and resident proof selfattested and appostile from foreign.
Once you received DIN No. then you can easily appoint as Director.
