I had a query related with LLP,
now a LLP wants to issue shares to existing member. Can i know what is the limit of members? Is it 200 like private limited companies? or 49 as mentioned in Companies Act 1956.

There is no concept of issue of shares in LLP. LLP can intruduce partner and decide there sharing ratio. For security you can issue any letter to partner but not shares.
