for how much time a pvt. ltd. company can hold the share applicatin money,
is there any ristriction on the number of share application.

ABC Private Limited has two Directors "A" and "B". "A" has now resigned from the Board. It is proposed to appoint "C" as additional director.

Can we have a board meeting wherein only "B" will attend for taking up the appointment of "C" and resignation of "A". Will this form a sufficient quorum. Is it mandatory for A top attend the meeting.

what is the format for board resolution for taking note of the approval of transfer of shares by share transfer committee.
