Whether Schedule XIII is applicable to Pvt. Co. or not?

No, schedule XIII is applicable to public limited company and a private company which is subsidiary of a public ltd. company.

Agree with Vandana , shedule XIII is not applicable on private companies which is not a subsidery co. of public limited company.
