Can anybody guide me.. I want to bring the object clause B (Incidental and ancillary to Clause A of MOA), so what is the process of it?

26 January 2010 Pass a Board resolution proposing the same and to take it to members in AGM/EGM

Pass the special resolution in AGM/EGM.

File Form 23 with ROC. The ROC will issue a certificate confirming amendment in MOA.
