Pls. tell me if a private limited company convert public limited company u/s 43A of the Companies Act 1956.Then the company compulsory to get its Certificate of Commencement of Business.pls. give me clarification for my better knowledge. Thanking You......

No new Certificate of Commencement of Business is not required after conversion. But you have to file statement in lieu of prospectus after conversion in to a public company in form-62 to ROC.
