My mother was holding equity shares of a public ltd co., but we do not have physical shares with us. My mother expired 2 yrs back and now for transmission of shares in my name, co. is asking for physical shares, please advise how can I get the shares transmitted in my name?

As per Companies Act, 1956 is it mandatory to records the bad debts write off in Audit /Board minutes of a Public Listed Co. In such case, which section should I refer to. Pl clarify

My father expired 12 years back in an accident without leaving any WILL. He was karta of his HUF. He was promoter director of a public ltd co. His HUF was holding some equity shares in this co. And now we requested the company to tranmit the shares in my name. But company is asking for HUF partition deed, and we do not have any whereabout of deed. Please advise what should be done in this case?

iam not able to login into the mca website for e-filing returns of a company under CLSS.Today is the last date.is there any possibility of extension?

We had a registered pvt.ltd. in 2004, but due to some reaons, we closed down activities of company in 2005 only! Since then we have not submitted any B/S , audit reports to ROC. Now, we have recieved a notice from ROC asking us to submit the same within 15 days or to face a legal action.
What's the solution on this? Can we apply immidiately for closure of the company and get out of this problem? What;s the detailed procedure to do so??
