IS EASY EXIT SCHEME EXTENDED OR IN FUTURE WHEN IT WILL BE REOPENED?

No extention as yet notified. Last time it was around 8 years back in 2002. Now cannot comment when it will come. You could undergo procedure u/s 560 also in case of a defunct company.

Yes keeping in view the huge success of this scheme there are full chances of re-opening of this scheme in near future.
