Assessee -Pvt Ltd Company
Date of Tax Audit-20-09-2010
Date of filing ITR- 29-09-2010

Further informed that this is the first Financial Year of the company.


What should be the date for Annual General Meeting for this co.

I had registered a Pvt ltd CO. in 2009.
I also got the DIN of both the directors.
But now their DIN are not working. What's the problem. Is their any formality to inform Registrar of Compnaies about DIN when they get alloted.

Now what should I do?

One of Assessee had purchased some Fans Costing Rs 3700/- and Treated it as Equipment Purchased for the year( i e Indirect Expenses ). My Point is Whether Company law has any provision regarding this treatment ? Whether it is Right ?.

WE HAVE APPLIED FOR NAME APPROVALS IN FORM 1A WITH THE FIVE NAMES WHICH NAMES ARE NOT REGISTERED WITH ROC BUT THEY HAVE NOT GRANTED APPROVAL FOR ANY NAMES STATING THAT "RESEMBLE OF NAME" WE ALSO HOLD 4 COMPANIES WITH THE COMMON STARTING WORD.
KINDLY ADVISE US.

A member(Pvt Ltd)placed a requisition for calling an EGM. is it mandatory to issue a notice for EGM by the board to all members? if so, then please provide such format of notice.
