filing of attachment to form 23AC in part

24 December 2010 Dear Experts,

Can attachment to form 23AC i.e, Audit Report, Directors Report and Balance Sheet be filed in two separate pdf files.

Please reply with the procedure to attach the mandatory attachment in two separate pdf files as I am facing difficulty due to large file size.

24 December 2010 TOTAL SIZE OF THE FORM INCLUDING ATTACHMENT SHOULD NOT EXCEEDS 2.5 MB.

IT IS BETTER SCAN AGAIN THE AUDIT REPORT , DIRECTORS REPORT AND BALANCE SHEET WITH LOWER RESOLUTION AND B/W MODE.

what is the procedure to file it as addendum if file size exceeds the prescribed limit.

After all the afforts I could not bring it within 2.5MB.

THEN UPLOAD 23AC. AFTER UPLOADING, AN OPTION WILL BE GIVEN TO YOU FOR UPLOADING 23ACA AND ATTACHMENT OF 23AC . SELECT ATTACHMENT OF 23AC AND UPLOAD THE ATTACHMENT.
