IS MAINTAINING STATUTORY REGISTER IN ELECTRONIC MODE ID ALLOWED UNDER THE COMPANIES ACT, ? IF YES, PL. SPECIFY THE SECTION FOR THE SAME

could anyone advise me the follwing querry.
we have filied under Easy Exit Scheme 2011 for two companies, but now ROC put resubmission for both companies stating that current assets amounting to Rs.3,75,000/- how you are going to dipose off the same, how can i go about this please advise me..

Does the MCA require Registered office proof for Pvt. Ltd. in form of ownership documents, lease documents etc or may be attested/notorized copies of documents.

1. hypothecation deed was registered at the ROC by filing form no.8.

2. Later on mortgage was created after 3-4 months in favour of the bank. Now for registration of mortgage is it necessary to file separate form no.8 by creating another charge id/or whether modifications could be done in earlier charge id of hypothecation

The company have two directors one of whom DIN is rejected. The director whose DIN is approved whether in DIN-3 form can sign at the end of the form??? If not what should be done? The DIN is approved on 05/01/11 and till date DIN-2 form is not submitted to the Company. Whether DIN-2 form can be submitted on back date and then DIN-3 form can be submitted by Company?? If the company submits the DIN-3 form after 7days of receipt of DIN-2 form how much additional fees it has to pay?? The director is appointed before 01/07/07.
