Ours is a pvt ltd company.
Two of our directors have mistakely takne advances from company in the month of nov 10.
Suppose this remians o/s till march 11 end.

Is this allowed as per rules?

suppose this advances taken by director is returned to company in the month of Feb 11. though we need to rport in our 3cd?

In a company a CA was expired and a new CA was appointed in EGM is there any need to file form in ROC?

Our Company wants to file Form 17 agst satisfaction of charge. Our Internal auditors and external auditor digital sign. is not readily available.

In such circumstances whether we can obtain digital sign. from any CA/CS/CWA who are not at all related to our company -earler all documents related to our ROC digitally signed by External auditor only.

X.PVT.LTD main objective is agriculture.
Other objective mentioned civil work contrac.

Since incorporation we do not have agriculture activities.

Now company mainly having civil work like construction of house, commercil bulding.

My qustion is can I do the transaction as per companies act and income tax act.

If all the directors of a Pvt Ltd Co. are the shareholders of that Co., can a Board Meeting be treated as a General Meeting? If yes, under what circumstances?

If company is not filing balance sheet and annual return since 1995 and status is shown as strike off on MCA portal . Can it active it and file balance sheet for last 15 years.

A shareholder (49000 shares) and his mother (1000 shares) were directors of the private company. The share holder with 49000 shares is the managing director and was looking into the entire operations has expired due to illness. What is the current position of the Company. Quoram is not there to arrange for meetings or adding another director. How to induct another director and run the Company. whether legal heirs of the managing director (which includes his mother, his wife and son (minor) can go for any arrangements.

Need a urgent advice on the following matter.

If an individual's form 32 filled without his consent in ROC than can he deny to b a director.There is no consen letter attached to form 32.Wht should be the next step.
