Dear All,

a company reduces its share capital by paying off Rs. 1/- per share to shareholders and there by Reducing the face value to Rs. 9/- per share from Rs. 10/- per share. (with high court approval)

The DD for the above are dispatched to all the shareholders.

However some of the shareholders do not claim the above amount and the same is remaining unpaid with the company under 'unclaimed scheme of arrangment'.

Now the question is if the amount remained in the unclaimed account should be transferred to IEPF account or which traetment sould be given after 7 years?

Please give me format of object clause of real estate business of private company.

Please let me know that when will the quarterly result for the quarter ended on 31st march, 2011, submitted to the Stock Exchange. What is the time limit?

Is this Result, unaudited or audited?

If the Company will submit unaudited financial result, what will be the time to submit the unaudited financial result? Then what will be the time to submit audited result after that?

If the Company will submit audited financial result with in what time it will submit?

Please guide me in detail.

If an Executive Director does not attend office for long 6 months without any intimation to the Board and also not working on behalf of company, in spite of that whether the company is still liable to pay remuneration to that ED?

I wnt to know that, Leave encashment, performance bonus, PF, Gratuity is included in the Managerial remuneration u/s 309 for calculating the limit?

Wht is the limit for Managerial remuneration in the act?
