01 April 2011 1. To acquires, construct, alter, maintain, enlarge, build, buy, sell, lease, hire, pull down land, buildings and other immovable properties, and to construct, develop, or set up residential complexes and integrated townships, SEZ, IT Park, Theme Park and special development projects in relation thereto, and also to construct, develop and sell offices, houses, bunglows, hospitals, factories, warehouses, shops, malls, hotels, motels, resorts, restaurants, multiplexes, amusement parks, health spa, clubs, parking lots and other structures of whatsoever kind, nature and description.

2. To carry on the business of real estate developers, construction whether residential, industrial, commercial or otherwise, civil engineers, civil contractors, architects, estate planners, landscapers, property valuers and surveyors and town planners and developers.
