procedure to change vanishing to active status in mca portal

One company incorporated 4 yrs back defaulted in filing with ROC. The status of the company is vanishing. The company wants to run and file the returns. Is there any procedure to file the forms? Pls advise me.

04 April 2011 You have to write to ROC requesting for a change in status. If need be you may have to meet personally.

09 May 2011 Well ! Go for Compounding with CLB.. i.e File Form 61 with ROC along with required affidavit certified by PCS
