Correction in Company Master Details for A.C.

04 April 2011 Dear Friends / Experts,

Please help me in the following issue :

Though I have rightly mentioned the Authorised Capital as Rs.1 Lac in the Form 20B, the MCA portal is not updated and still carrying the wrong amount Rs.10 Lacs.

How do I correct the Authorised Capital to Rs.1 Lac ?

What supporting document should I provide to RoC, as the company is a 50 year old company and it is not carrying any business for more than 4 decades. IT SEEMS THE COMPANY IS ALSO NOT HAVING ANY RECORDS PRIOR TO YEAR 2005.

05 April 2011 Take a print out of the master data as appearing in MCA website, correct the authorised capital and hand it over to ROC Office with a request you carry out necessary corrections in the ASC. It's better if you visit them personally and hand over the letter to the concerned IT person. The corrections are generally carried out immediately. Attach the MOA as a proof.

15 April 2011 also attach the Challan of Form 5 nd 23 and certified true copy of Copy of extract of minutes of that meeting.. Roc take 7-15 days for correction of this
