i am applying form 1A and this has come by roc the word "AMIGO "is having regiered trade made, fresh names TO BE FURNISHED Form should be resubmitted by 13/01/2012 failing which the eForm shall be treated as invalid and shall not be taken on record. (Please refer Regulation 17 of the Companies Regulation, 1956)

Is cost audit mandatory for all the manufacturing companies?

I am really confused between the cost audit rules and the cost accounting rules.

I understand that the Cost Audit Rules 2011 are applicable for those companies where the CG has specifically required u/s 233(B) of the Companies Act. (our company has not received any such orders so far)

Cost Accounting Rules states that it is applicable for all companies where the networth exceeds 5 crs/turnover exceeds 20 crs.

Plz clarify.

Dear Expert,

My query is that a company has modified charge against its moveable and immoveable property number of times and but never modified the original charge registered with ROC.

Now the company wants to register fresh charge with ROC in respect of same without giving any reference to original one. Is it possible? If yes what will be the consequences of leaving original charges as it is and instead of modifying the same we get registered fresh charge?

please give reference of relevant provisions and notification.

i have filed din-1 of director on 1/12/2011 & filed form 32 of same director on 5/12/2011
form 32 as well as din-1 both are properly approved & even mca portal shows the name of new director on signatory details.......but while filing annual return it asks for entering valid din???????i have tried 100 times but same dialouge box??

so wat can be the reason for that qurey????

are din-2 & din-3 are still compulsory???????

I had one query, one company had foreign subsidiary in Singapore and its balance sheet has been finalised in USD by their Auditors. Now, while filing Balance sheet of the holding company with ROC whether the accounts of subsidiary has been filed in USD or it should be converted into INR. if it should be converted into INR then whether the auditors of Holding company will convert or the auditors of subsidiary will convert those accounts
