dear sir/madam
pls clear my point regarding this following matter:
whether in annual return we make changes from AGM to AGM????i mean if my last AGM dt was 27/09/2010 & current AGM dt was 27/09/2011 so all the changes inbetween these dates has to be taken.....regardsless of changes made out of these dates???????

yes Tanveer Annual Return contains the information and changes only from AGM TO AGM, after AGM date changes will not be entertained in this AR it will be carried to the next AR

In Annual return all changes in regard to
1). Directors, Manager and Secretary
2). Transfer of Changes
3). Shareholders as on Date
shall figure from the previous till the current.
