i am applying form 1A and this has come by roc the word "AMIGO "is having regiered trade made, fresh names TO BE FURNISHED Form should be resubmitted by 13/01/2012 failing which the eForm shall be treated as invalid and shall not be taken on record. (Please refer Regulation 17 of the Companies Regulation, 1956)

If your company and AMIGO are working in the same lines of business then you will not be able to get the name as desired by you. But if you can show to the ROC that the your company and that name are working in different businesses then you you can obtain that name.
And Secondly, as your case is under Regulation 17, so you need to deal with your concerned ROC so that they can send the form for the re submission.
