how long company cac adjorn AGM, what treatment for approval of accounts and directors report. for ex. one company not held AGM since 2004 and wants to approve accounts, Director Report and Compliance certificate in the AGM of 2011. Can Company can do So?

Company can't do all in AGM 2011.
You hv to show back dated AGM and gt appvd accnts.
U have to take back dtd CC from Company Secretary.
