As per the latest rules, rights issue offer is required to be kept open for a minimum of 15 days. My question is :-

1) What is the maximum period for which the rights issue offer can be kept open?

2)Is there any difference in norms for listed and unlisted company as far as rights issue offer period is concerned or is it the same in both cases.

Do i need to file Form DIN 3 if Director is appointed on 01/02/2012(after 01/07/2007)? I just came to know that DIN 3 is required to be filed only in case where director is appointed prior to 01/07/2007. Plz guide.
