17 March 2012 Hi,

There is a company in west bengal which was incorporated in 1983 but due to non compliance and non-filing of statutory forms with mca/roc the company name was strike off. Now what can we do to restore the Company again.Please elaborate.

I will suggest you to file all annual forms with ROC which are not filed till date, then you can restore the company.
