17 March 2012 Please reply its urgent,

I am filling a form 32 for a director who has died and it has valid din , then how i need to file as there is no option for deadth in form ,and which date i need to put for event date of death certificate or other.please let me know the procedure.

17 March 2012 After selecting cessation in form 32 you to select death at the bottom of first page of form 32 along with date. Simply fill actual date of death. Also attach death certificate with form 32 as proof of death and date of death.

17 March 2012 You can find the death as one of the reason for cessation of director in form 32. Death Certificate is enough and Conduct a board meeting to remove the name of the director from the Signatory Details.
