We are a listed company. We want to increase the authorised share capital by altering MOA & AOA. Is it mandotry to do the same only by postal ballot or can do in AGM/EGM.

Can newly formed company issue shares at a premium?

i want to close a company u/s 560. the company has done annual filing for the F.Y. 2010-2011. my query is is the company required to file annual accounts for f.Y. 2011-12 before making application u/s 560 or it can make statment of account till 10/04/2012 and can file docs for closure of the company

One person met me six months ago and said me that he will join me in a good company as a supervisor?

a person is appointed as a director in a pvt company on 5th of dec. company not filed form 32 to roc neither applied for DIN.

now new director got his DIN.
Now company filing form 32.
Whether there is any problem in appointment of director prior to DIN application date ?
