16 April 2012 we have a Public Ltd., company , Doing Real estate business we need some funds to develop the company and for expansion. How can we get funds, Shall we go for deposits with out taking RBI permit-ion because we r not NBFC's our company under comes NBNFC Non banking Non financial company.
Shall we take funds (Deposit) by giving pledge of Company assets.
Kindly sujjest a best way to get Deposits

If you wanted to accept deposit from public, go to the Acceptance of Deposit Rules.

No need to take permission from RBI, unless foreign money is involve.
