16 April 2012 Are chairman for the board and chairman for the board meeting same..?? If not, whether both have the power of casting vote..??

Yes, it may be same in most of the cases. But in few cases, it will be different,for example. if chairman are interested in any item then new uninterested director will be chairman/chairperson for that agenda item.
