What if a Ltd.Company gives audited results for the last quarter and wish to extend its AGM...

IS IT POSSIBLE TO DO THAT?

or we have to give unaudited results to the exchanges and then to extend AGM

Its, my personal view on such matter.

I will suggest you to adopt audited financial result in Board Meeting in May and send the same to stock exchange.

In June, July, August or September call a Board meeting to hold AGM in such month, there is no need to extend AGM on the basis of result.

If you adopted un audited with in 45 days and send the same to stock exchange. As and when audited result prepared call a BM adopt the same. in that case also no need to extend AGM, unless ur company result is not prepared till September 04 of the year.

its necessary to declare a dividend?
& one more thing.. if we wish to extend AGM (of Holding Company ) then its necessary to extend Financial year first and then to extend AGM..
A Holding Company has 7 subsidiary companies.. so how to do annual filings in XBRL..

It is not mandatory to declare dividend.

if you wanted to extend your AGM, give the reason for extention to ROC and no need to extend the financial year for the same.
