16 April 2012 Which Documents are required to be compulsorily attached with E-Form 32 being filed for cessation of Director due to Death of such Director?????

Death Certificate is required to be attached with Form-32 in case of death of director.

Is there any Circular/Notification??

As far as i know, previously there was no any such requirement!!

Hi

Form-32 only demand evidence of cessation, in case of death, if you have any evidence of death/cession then you can attach the same for filing Form-32.

But i wanna know, as i heard that in 2012, there is some circular which mandates such attachments!!

Other views are most welcomed!!!!
