Section 192A is espacilly applicable for listed company and businesses mentioned under Postal Ballot Rules 2011 can be transacted only through Postal Ballot or in general Meeting Also.

The sections mentioned in Postal Ballot Rules will only passed through postal ballot and listed company has not other option to pass the same in other meeting like AGM/EGM

You have no option to pass such mentioned items on AGM/EGM
