Can a Private company accept deposit or take loan from another Private company??????

Anybody Please tell me the format of petition for condonation of delay of filing form-8 to Regional Director.

Can a resolution be passed via Video Conferencing.

Further are there any requirements for amending the articles or any EForm required to filed with ROC -for keeping the meeting through video conferencing.

i have one query described as follow

while submitting the form 18 we have to attach the NOC from director in case premises is owned by director and a rent deed and address prof.
but if director don't have any address prof regarding that premises because he is not staying on that premises but somewhere else and had only registry on his name. then how what?

and on what denomination of stamp paper the rent deed, NOC is executed in punjab.

I have small doubt regarding company common seal.i.e what is common seal?is common seal should be a metaled one?is company logo should be used for mandatory?and should write or contain COMMON SEAL?

is Common seal a Rubber Stamp?

Query is : there is a Mr. a director since 1994 in public ltd company , for period 1.11.2011 to 31.03.2012 , he has been appointed as whole time director for which form 32 , form 25c and form 23 had been filed , now he resigned on 10.04.2012. for which again form 32 has been filed for resignation.

What is the position of Mr. A during 01.04.2012 to 10.04.2012 ,Do we need to file form 32 - for appointment as director for the same?

Please help me in clarifying my confusion on following :
1. Whether Annual Audited Financial Results as per clause 41 and Annual Accounts as per Co' Act are same ?
2. And Annual Audited Financial Results, which are approved by the Board and sent to Stock Exchange, are to be adopted in AGM ?

Is it mandatory to reply on openion/qualification of CARO Reort in the Board Report. Please advise.
