Sir,
Query is : there is a Mr. a director since 1994 in public ltd company , for period 1.11.2011 to 31.03.2012 , he has been appointed as whole time director for which form 32 , form 25c and form 23 had been filed , now he resigned on 10.04.2012. for which again form 32 has been filed for resignation.
What is the position of Mr. A during 01.04.2012 to 10.04.2012 ,Do we need to file form 32 - for appointment as director for the same?

Please confirm, he resigned from WTD or from the company and also whether you have File Form-32 for change in designation or cessation of WTD.

As per my point of view, you should file 2 Form-32:
One for change in designation from WTD to Director after he resigned from the post of director after 31.03.2012.
Second Form-32 will be filed when he resigned from director ship.
Between 1.04.2012 till 10.04.2012 he was as a director of the company.
