i have one query described as follow

while submitting the form 18 we have to attach the NOC from director in case premises is owned by director and a rent deed and address prof.
but if director don't have any address prof regarding that premises because he is not staying on that premises but somewhere else and had only registry on his name. then how what?

and on what denomination of stamp paper the rent deed, NOC is executed in punjab.

30 April 2013 Attach the following documents with e-form 18.

i) for proof of registered office -- copy of building tax receipt obtained in the name of the said director.

2) No objection certificate -- a letter ,in plain paper ,stating that the said director has no objection in giving the premises to the company to function as its registered office.

30 April 2013 sir is this mandatory to execute rent deed if premises is owned by director?
and if deed is executed we add the NOC in it.
and then we attach
1. address prof
2. Rent deed only

if we not execute the rent deed then we have to attache

1. address prof
2. NOC
