A pvt ltd company the directors are approve the balance sheet & signed the director report sec-217 oon dated 12/09/2013 but the company held agm on dated 30/09/2013 if any issue on this case ?

And what the means of addopt the bal sheet in agm is that means to signed the director report at agm please describe ?

Change of name and object clause

Dear All,

An unlisted public company wants to change its objects as well as its name due to change of the objects of the company. It is a limited company but wants to change to private company.

Can anyone please send me detailed procedure to be adopted along with format of necessary resolutions that needs to be passed.

Can director of dormant company starts new company?

I want to know that whether director of a dormant private limited company can incorporate a new private limited company and appoint himself as a director,If yes pl let me know the procedure.
