Is there any filling fee of INC-22 second time,if on filling it on first time ROC asks some more evidences?Plz suggest its urgent

One of the two directors died in the month of March 2015. Resolution for appointing additional director is 23rd March, The DIN of the additional director was approved on 7th April . But since on 31st March there was only one director we are unable to file MGT 7. Can the MGT be filed with only one director.

A Public company was incorporated in 2009 and company has not start any business till now. So, company has never applied to obtain Commencement of Business certificate. Now company is going to start business activity. Section 11 of companies act, 2013 has been omitted as per Companies (Amendment) Act, 2015. My question is,how can company get the certificate of commencement of business now?

There are same directors in two Companies (Pvt. Ltd). Directors & Shareholders are same but shareholding % differ in both Companies. Is there any holding- subsidiary relationship exist? or else it relates to be associated companies?
