Hi All,
There are same directors in two Companies (Pvt. Ltd). Directors & Shareholders are same but shareholding % differ in both Companies. Is there any holding- subsidiary relationship exist? or else it relates to be associated companies?

1.No holding and subsidiary relationship.
2.For associate company relation ship, pl checkup with section 2(6) of Co's Act,2013.
