Dear Sir
A public limited company having net profit before remuneration is Rs.10,00,000/- what would be the remuneration as per the section 197 of the Companies Act??

if there is only one MD/WTD/Manager is of 5% maximum amount of profit
if there is more than one MD/WTD/Manager is of 10% maximum amount of profit
TO OTHER DIRECTORS
if there is no MD WTD Manager is of 3% of maximum of net profit
if there is MD WTD Manager is of 1% of maximum of net profit
if there is more than one MD/WTD/Manager is of 10% maximum amount of profit
TO OTHER DIRECTORS
if there is no MD WTD Manager is of 3% of maximum of net profit
if there is MD WTD Manager is of 1% of maximum of net profit
