Death of one of the two directors

One of the two directors died in the month of March 2015. Resolution for appointing additional director is 23rd March, The DIN of the additional director was approved on 7th April . But since on 31st March there was only one director we are unable to file MGT 7. Can the MGT be filed with only one director.

yes it can be filed only by one director there is no other option as per my view
