X Pvt. Ltd. has made the payment of dividend in cash Rs.5,00,000 against the investment of Rs. 10,00,000 equity shares.

Whether the payment of Dividend in cash allowed under the Act and provision under the Income Tax ?

We have applied for change of Name of Pvt Ltd Co. to ROC and the name was available. We have even filed form 23 with EGM and other requirements?

our both of the Directors are Korean and are in India.
Now we want to appoint one more director who is in korean and now in korea.
